Advance Starting Point
Assessment bookings and session appointments are not fixed
until paid for.

Payment to be received in
advance of sessions.

Clients must complete a
Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire prior to
commencing any prescribed exercise programme.

If the Personal Trainer is
unable to provide the service, unused session fees will be
refunded.

For new customers who choose
to pay monthly for Personal Training, who would have 4
sessions or less to the end of that month - the Starting
Point Assessment will be charged at £40.00 (except Premium
WIS clients).
Cancellations

For ALL clients - if a booked slot is cancelled
MORE than 12 hours to the start of the session, there is no
charge or forfeit.

Regular clients - if a booked slot is cancelled
12 hours or LESS to the start of the session, you forfeit
that session.

Premium WIS clients ONLY - if
a booked slot is cancelled 3 hours or less to the start of
the session, that session is forfeited.
