Circuits in the Park 2010 - Every Monday and Wednesday

I'll be running 2 early morning 1 hour sessions of circuit training at Twickenham Green in Twickenham.  The sessions will include resistance and cardio exercises, warming-up, cooling-down and stretching.

WHERE? - TWICKENHAM GREEN

WHEN? - 6:00am is the first session.  7:15am is the second session.

Later in the morning, I'll also be running 1 hour sessions of circuit training at Walpole Park in Ealing (near the gazebo and children's playground). 

New Lunchtime Blast sessions of just 30 minutes for a full body workout.

WHERE? - WALPOLE PARK (near the gazebo and children's playground)

WHEN? - Mornings - 9:30am and 10:40am
              - Lunchtime Blast 30 minutes - 12:15pm and 1:30pm

HOW MUCH? - £10 per session.  Couples and buddies (pairs) £15 per session.  Lunchtime Blast £5 per session.

Simply turn up on the day a few minutes before the session and complete a short questionnaire (this is compulsory for insurance), pay £10 (or £15 for 2, or £5 for Lunchtime Blast) and join the session.  Or, email me ahead of time, complete the questionnaire by email and receive 50% discount off your first session!

Q: What should I wear?
A: Trainers and comfortable gym clothes that won't inhibit your movement.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Do bring your own water. 

Q: What if its raining?
A: The session will still take place.  Ponchos will be provided.

Q: Do I have to fill out the questionnaire every time?
A: No.  You fill out the questionnaire just once before your first session. 

Q: What happens to the information I provide on the questionnaire?
A: I review the health information and then file your questionnaire.  I also take note of your contact number to keep you informed of the sessions only.  Contact information will not be used for any other purpose.

Q: I don't go to gyms, how will I know how to do the exercises?
A: Exercises are instructed and demonstrated beforehand.  I also monitor the session throughout to make sure the exercises are being carried out correctly and safely.  

Q: I'm not very fit, will I be able to keep up?
A: You work at each exercise at your own pace. 

Q: What if I want to do both of the morning sessions?
A: Yes you can do both morning sessions.   

Q: How much will it cost to do both of the morning sessions?
A: If you've already taken part in the first session, the price for the second session is £5.  So if you are an individual it will be £15 in total for back-to-back sessions (£10 + £5).  If you are a pair it will be £25 in total for the 2 of you to do both sessions (£15 + £10).  If you were a pair and 1 of you wants to do the second session it will be £20 (£15 + £5).
